Civil Protection Order

A civil protection order was placed against my son by his x wife. He has straightened up and they want to get re-married. The court is refusing to release the order unless they go to counseling which they cannot afford. Our questions are: can a local pastor provide the counseling and if she comes to him in his home and at his place of business can he be arrested

I suggest asking permission from the Court for alternative means of the both of them receiving counseling.
