Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My daughter is here in Ohio visiting me for the summer. I have had FULL custody of her until last summer when her father filed for temp custody (he lives in Fla.)-and they granted him FULL-because I was incarcerated for a short period of time. I raised her on my own until then-he never ever even filed for any visitation-EVER. I am now back on my feet-I bought her a plane ticket to come for the summer and she (for obvious reasons) does not want to go back to Fla. to her dad. She wants to go back to her old school , etc, and be here with her family. What can happen to me if I keep her? I do know that he would have to come up here from Fla. to do anything at all, Im just scared, as I cant get any lawyers to return my phone calls. Please help us :)

Your daughter's father can file a motion to show cause as to why you are not in contempt of a court order. A person who is found in contempt by the court usually must pay a fine, both attorneys' fees, and comply with the order. If you want to modify custody, do it properly through a motion to modify custody.
