Divorce - Should I move out of the house

My husband wants a divorce. My name is on the deed to the house, and on the loan.

Should I move out of the house, before I seek legal counsel, or should I stay. Will this effect my divorce or my judgement or the house in any way.

I do have a daughter, but he is not the father. I had her prior to marriage.

Please get back with me ASAP. Thank you

If you sre sharing equally in the expenses of the house, there is no reason to move out. If he is being unreasonable, you might be able to get a restraining order against him, and possibly get him removed from the premises.
