Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hearing on Temporary Orders

My wife of almost 4 years filed for divorce and also exclusive use of the residence,no childern and both in 40's. In the intial T.O. the person who had (use/possession)of the real and personal property were to pay the taxes and insurance. I requested a hearing and the Judge agreed that she should be responsible but that she would not hold her to it since that's isn't the way she would have ordered it. Was this a hearing or a agreement between the 2 lawyers on some issues? It has been almost 2 weeks and no orders from the court have been delivered with the removal of spousal support. I was not present in the hearing, I was required to stay in the hall. Is this normal? Or do I need to be looking for a new Attorney ?

Re: Hearing on Temporary Orders

It is normal, but the Court should hold her responsible for the taxes, insurance and mortgage if she is to live in the house. It is important to have contact with your attorney.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
