Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am a single mom in the army. Recently my son's (the boy is 2 years old) father started taking our son around a woman who is of questionable nature. I DO NOT trust her around my child what so ever. I have tried talking to my ex about this but he has ignored this request. I am afraid for my son's well being and would like to get a restraining order against the woman to keep her away from my son. I don't have any physical proof against her that I can take to court, so I'm at a loss. My son has started coming home from his dad's house upset and stressed. I am afraid she might flip out on him when I'm away. I leave for the army next week and will be gone 7months. My intentions are not to keep my son from his dad, just this woman. What can I do?

I would need to know more about the case, but I believe that you could file a motion to accomplish what you want. As to the type of motion, I would need more information to tell. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Edward DiCato
