Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Visitation

I have sole custody of my daughter. We were never married and we never went to court. I have allowed her father to meet us in a fast food place but he brings his fiance and some of her family. I have told him I do not want her family near my daughter because they are not her family. Would I get into trouble if I were to not allow her family to see my daughter?

Re: Visitation

In the absence of a court order, you can do anything you wish, although that may provoke him to go and get a proper visitation schedule.
