visitation

I have a standard visitation order and it goes by the school district holidays. The mother has decided to take my daughter out of public school and enroll her in a computer high school classes. Ilive in Ohio. Does she still have to go by the shool district she lives in?

Depends on what your custody order says. If it is silent as to school district, the residential parent can do as she likes.
