Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my wife is out of control i have a 2 year old baby girl she has a anger problem she hits me thrw things across the room at me she get so mad she says april if you dont go away from me now i will break your arms tell me what i can do so she can be safe me and her what to do i need help i have a brother in colorado i want to take her there please i need advise

What she is doing is domestic violence. You could call the police. Also, you could go to the domestic court and get a CPO (Civil Protection Order). This would allow you protection without getting the police involved. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Edward DiCato
