Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

civil lawsuit decisions

I had filed suit against another party, and the court date was on 3/4/09. The judge had decided to take the matter into consideration before rendering a decision; it's now 4/9/09, still with no decision. I called the Warren County, Ohio courts to find out when I'd be able to expect a decision; they didn't know. I asked the clerk to try to find out what date the court was up to in rendering decisions--she said there are decisions from December 2008 that still weren't rendered. Apparently the judge for my case only works 1 day a week. I called the Ohio Atty General office to ask if there's any time frame in which a court must offer a decision, and they said there was not. Are there no limits for the time a decision must be offered??
