Re: civil suit

I assume from your statement that you had a lawsuit that was dismissed and you want to refile it but are running out of time.

Call an attorney immediately. The time limits for refiling are hard and fast. If you miss the date you will be out of luck!

If you want to call and discuss this you need to do so as soon as you get this reply. I will need infomation such as the case name and number as well as the court that the case was originally filed in. No charge or obligation for the call but you need to act right now-call an attorney. If the case is important enough for you to want to "refile" then it is important enough to have legal counsel.

Good Luck!

Re: civil suit

Dear Reader,

In Ohio, a request for enlargement or extension of time, must be made by written Motion to the Court for approval, stating specific reason for the extension of time, according to the applicable Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure.

If you're running out of time, retain an Attorney to prepare and file your motion ,or you may find your case dismissed with prejudice by the Court, meaning you may never refle or reopen your claims. NEVER!!!. Retain counsel ASAP.

Good luck.

Sincerely,

J. Norman Stark, Cleveland, Ohio
