Need help with insurance litigation

I was in a car accident 3 years ago without a license or insurance. I now have a judgement against me for around 25,000. I don't want to have to file for bankruptcy. Is there anyway i can set up some sort of payment plan and get my license?

Yes, you can file that request with the court that has the judgment. It is statutory, you may need a lawyer to do it, but just know it is there.
