Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

In ohio, you are allowed to serve up to forty (40) written interrogatories upon the other party. My question is, do these interrogatories have to be sent all at once, or can they be broken up over say 2 or 3 sets of interrogatories adding up to forty (40)?

You can break them up if you need to but 40 questions is almost always enough if you're asking the right questions.
