Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio

conditional green card

I am conditional permanent resident living in ohio since past 3 years.sponsor is m wife. Our child is 1 year old living with my inlaws as my wife is going to school. My wife is having severe depression ,eating disorder and some other medical problems. . I need to apply for removal of proceedings in June. Last week we went to my in laws and from there we went to Washington for a vacation .After returning from trip when I have filing for I 751 she said she has to think about our marriage. I was shocked. S I support our family with my earnings. I am wondering what are options left for me.Everyone says try to persuade her some how and do what all she wants till she signs paper and then divorce later. But I cant do that. I was shocked with her behaviour. I am wondering what are my chances if I apply for divorce now. And what if divorce is not settles before my conditional card expires. Another issue is I have to move to Florida in July because of my job. I guess now I have to fill AR11 form and my wife has to sign it.I have to file to Nebraska if I am in ohio. Is it advisable ask my wife divorce now and ask for a waiver. How much will be attorney fees in cases like mine..

Re: conditional green card

Dear Sir,

Your case appears to be complicated from the question you posted. However, from the information you provided, if you can show that your marriage was entered into good faith then you may still be able to lift your conditional residence. I would recommend that you contact myself or other immigration attorney to discuss you case in more detail so that the advice provided is accurate.
