hi,

i sponsored one of my brother and his family, they are now in the usa ,they already got green card, can i cancel my sponsorship.

No, it's too late to cancel. The law regulates when sponsor's obligations will or can end. For example, when the sponsored immigrant becomes a US citizen, dies, or had worked in the USA for 10 years, etc.
