Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

gall bladder disaster

I recently went into the hospital for a simple gall bladder removal, i ended up having to get emergency exploratory surgery one day after the first surgery for a fist sized blood clot that formed from the first surgery and also ive developed a staff infection, you only get staff infection from being in a hospital that hasent sanitized their tools properly, do you think i should pursue this with a lawyer? ive been suffering a lot of pain, and have had a lot of difficulties. Ive also had to take a leave of absence from work and im a mother of a 3month old... what should i do?

Re: gall bladder disaster

You should definitely talk to an attorney. I handle medical malpractice claims on a contingency basis as do most other attorneys. That means that it will not cost you anything to talk and if a decision is made to pursue the claim, you will not pay anything unless you get money for the claim.

I have been handling these types of claims for more than 30 years. I will be happy to discuss the issues with you if you want to give me a call. No charge or obligation for the confidential call. Take advantage of little free information!

Good Luck!
