Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Auto accident low impact,whiplash then fibromyalgia

lawyer did not believe i could beat insurance company so he asked the judge if he (my lawyer and our so called contract)could drop out of the case just before trial. judge said to the lawyer it would be ok to leave the case (and me without representation). go find another ~ no one will touch it. what to do now and at trial?
