Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

My daughter and I were in a car accident. The first driver that hit the front of us was found responsible. Our attorney sent us to a chiroprator for treatment. (me 26 vists)( Daughter 21 visits) We have no health insurance. I suffered a hurt back neck and hips, Daughter hurt back neck leg. I still can not walk through a store with out holdingh on to a cart withot my hips aching. My daghter still complains of back pain.The attorney came back with a $5,000 offer is this reasonable?

No. And I'm concerned that your attorney did not tell you this. In fact, your attorney should be able to tell you what, at a minimum, you should expect as a decent settlement offer based on your medical expenses and lost wages.
