Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
fell at walmart
On monday dec 19,2005 I was shopping at walmart,carrying my 22 month old granddaughter & my 6 year old grandson was walking in front of me. all of a sudden I was falling. I tried to catch myself on the shelf but of course I missed the shelf and went crashing into the jalapenos on my right side as I was trying to keep my granddaughter from being smashed into the shelf and at the same time my grandson had fallen under me, and the jalapeno glass jars are smashing into thge ground right next to him. anyways my granddaughter recieved a knot on her forehead, my grandson a knot on the back of his head & I banged my left arm on the shelves, twisted my left ankle, possibly have a torn rotator cup (right shoulder) and injured my right knee. to top it off i must work & I take care of my disabled husband. My question is, what are my options?

Slip and falls are tough, but you certainly have enough damages as a family to do something about it. Each person has his/her own claim. You need to have each person be meticulous in doing everything the doctor instructs to the letter.
