Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I was involved in a car accident. My vehicle was hit by another vehicle. I am a nail technician and work for a salon. I have not filed taxes for the past 3 years, how ever my boss did provide a letter of proof of income and my boss spoke with the insurance company directly. Do I have any others options to prove my income besides w-2?

You can submit paystubs, copies of checks you have cashed, or a signed letter from your employer stating your hourly rate and what hours you missed. You should retain an attorney. Your recovery is likely to be greater with an attorney.
