Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

In November of 2010 i was involved in a hit in run. After some investigation culprit was found. I was subpoenaed to her court case. I was awarded the amount of money it would take to fix my car( i only had liability insurance). She was given 60 days to pay me. It is now day 150 and i have not received any money or heard anything about the case. I don't know what to do?

From your description of this event it sounds like the case was pursued as a traffic violation and you wer subpoenaed by the prosecutor and the order by the court was to make restitution for your property damage. If correct, contact the prosecutor from the municipality that the matter was heard as it sounds like the defendant has violated the court order. Thus the prosecutor should be able to to take action to have her held in contempt of the court order. That should result in her paying the judgment.
