Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

personal injury

I was involved in a car accident two years ago, the other driver being at fault. I have retained an attorney as the insurance company is refusing to pay for the medical bills (approx 7,000 at present). The hospital has turned these medical bills over to collections, which has adversely affected my credit. Can they legally do this even though the other persons insurance company is liable to pay these medical bills?

Re: personal injury

Your lawyer should have been in constant contact with the hospital to avoid what happened. Your lawyer should be explaining to you why he let this happen.
