Unclear tort defense

Your sitting in a chair by the window. You look out to see a bot trowing a rock at the window. You duck,however the window shatters and the rock hits you before falling to the floor. The boy runs, but is picked up later. What torts could you reasonably claim the boy committed?

Assault, battery, conversion, trespass or just a few of then?

You can sue for the damages to your window / house, and maybe for the emotional trauma you suffered. More importantly, you are permitted to sue the parents of the child:
