We have a 23 ft camper trailer that we have kept in our back yard just during the summer, which we have an acre and a half. Can we fight our deed restriction for keeping campers on our property?

You may be able to fight your deed restriction in court depending on the language of the restriction. You may also be able to obtain waivers from other residents in your subdivision, if the restriction was recorded in a subdivision. You should contact an attorney and have him/her review your deed restriction.
