I own a two bedroom condominium in Ohio. Can I rent to a family of four where two siblings are of opposite sex?

There should be no problem with that under Ohio law. Just as a precaution, you might want to check with the local zoning code to see if there is something in that city that is different from Ohio law, but generally the law can not disrupt a family.
