Liens on Primary Residences

Our Contractor has not paid the Cabinet Manufacturer for what was installed in our home.

The Cabinet Manufacturer informed me that they would file a lien on my home unless he pays them. We paid him the quoted price.

Re: Liens on Primary Residences

No lien can be placed on your residence by any subcontractor not hired by you if you paid the general contractor you hired the full amount owed before learning of this claim.
