Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I am going through a loan modification on my primary house trying to save it my husband is the only name on the loan. I have a inevstment property in my name and I did not disclose this on the application.They recently asked for the rental property info and I sent it.will this effect my ability to save my primary residence remodification?
