Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I want to sell some property in WVA. It's just property no buildings. What do I need to do to sell it?

By the way I live in Ohio about 3 hrs away and don't want to be running back and forth.

You can sell it by owner and list it on the internet. You can ask a local real estate agent to handle the sale. Eventually you will need a purchase agreement and probably some other documents such as a property disclosure form, depending upon WVA's laws. I suggest you speak to a realtor local to the property.
