Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Our time share resort (in Ohio) sold us a lot (10 year lease) to be developed on a new pond 3 years ago for $10,000. Excavation was to begin right away & be done within a year. We were given a free temporary site to put our camper on until developement was finished. Developement never started & I'm hearing from other investors that only 12 people bought in, so the plans were scrapped. My money has not been returned & when I ask management what's going on, I get referred to someone else. They all claim to know nothing about the project. Is this a breach of my time share contract & how do I get my money back? What are my rights?

If that company is not responding to you, you will need to sue. If the court could find that you were either defrauded or that the contract was breached, you will get a judgment against the company for your losses. I would act sooner than later, especially now that you are not being called back.
