Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Ohio

Is this harassment

My store manager consistently asked me to look at pornographic sites he had found on the Internet, and while he tried to do it in a joking manner would ask me to "polish his knob" and to "show me your t**'s". The store owner was sometimes present and said nothing, so I did not feel I had anyone to appeal to. The company does not have any personnel policies and procedures. Is this sexual harassment and what should I do next. I no longer there.

Re: Is this harassment

You have a very strong case for harassment. Even though you no longer work there, you can still sue for emotional distress while you worked there. Did the manager actually witness the events? Did you make a complaint to anyone in the store? Did anyone witness the events? Did you ever tell the harasser that what he was doing bothered you? I would like to speak with you and ask you these and other questions before I can give you an idea of what your case is worth. The fact that you didn't report the co-worker doesn't mean you don't have a case. Especially since your manager was present. All this means is you didn't have anyone to report the incidents to. Please contact my office toll free at 877-546-9918 for a free consultation. I think I can help you. I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,

John Hayes, Esq.
