father passed away

my grand mother just passed away

and my father who passed away

last year was on my grand mothers will. Is my mother entitled to any thing that my grand mother left my father. Because she is the wife?

Your grandmother, if she had a will probably conditioned any gift to your dad upon his outliving her. If so, it provide what should happen to that gift if he predeceased her. In the absence of a will, his portion of his mother's estate would go to his living brothers and sisters, not to your mom.
