In Ohio what determines the maximun rate of fees that can be
charged by an attorney to probate
a will and close an estate? Also what regulates fees paid to an executor of an estate in Ohio?

You will find the formula for computing executor fees in Ohio Revised Code 2113.35. Attorney fees charged to an estate have to be "reasonable" and approved by the court.
