Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Mom's Trust

Long story short, my mom has

burned through the money my dad

left her in a trust and she's down to

about $130,000. She wants to

dissolve the trust, managed by a

major bank, and use the money to

pay cash for a house before the stock

market causes her to lose the rest of

her money. How can she do this?

Re: Mom's Trust

It depends on the provisions in the trust. The trust document established by your father will govern what she is able to do. Without that document there is no way to answer that question.
