Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Non-US citizen, resident of Ohio -- wants to leave property to relatives in Hong

We have a client from Hong Kong, with no relatives in the United States. She wants to leave a couple of items to institutions, and the rest to her family in Hong Kong. She is single, with no children. She is a non-US citizen but a resident of Ohio. All the assets are to be sold.

Is there anything special we have to do to make this happen? How should we go about doing this?

Thanks!

Under Ohio law there should be no particular problems, except if she is a non-resident alien, rather than a resident alien (one with a green card) there may be more tax arising as the exemptions are different.
