Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Personal Property

My grandmother passed away less than a month ago. I had lived with her for 2 years. She left no will and things are going through probate. I bought the residence prior to her death, therefore it is not going through probate. What rights do I have to her personal property that does not go through probate since I have possession of all of them at this time and how long do her daughters (my mother and aunts) have to be able to come into the residence to take out grandmother's personal property that they would like?

Re: Personal Property

You have no right to any personal property in the house. The administrator will have to have the court appointed appraise everything therein before he can award anything to anyone. In this case, you are not a next of kin entitled to inherit.
