Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

probate

my sister was named executor of our father's estate. He passed away Oct, 06 and she has not recorded the will or started the estate. Can I get appointed executor to get this done, or what is my recourse?

Your recourse is to file an motion to compel production of the will with probate court.
