Iam named executor in a will and need to know which forms to ask for at the clerk. I went to the clerk at the court house and they would not help me. The estate is less then $15000.

Make sure you're going to the probate court, as the common pleas Clerk of courts won't help you. You will need at least a Probate form 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and probably 5.0 for a Release from Administration.
