Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Can retirement fund be taken to probate?

My father passed away recently and I am the only living relative, and named beneficiary for his work/retirement account. The money was put into a seperate account in MY name and the money will be given to me once a year every year, over the next 5 years. My father had no will and the little that he did have is going through probate court. Will this retirement money in my name be included in probate? I keep getting mixed answers.
