stepmother receives all can I contest

ohio stepmother has received all personnal property I find unfair as she also seemed to keep the fact thet a new will was made up during my father sickness al alzheimers two years ago also previously there was a prenuptial agreement now gone. I know my father would of done thing differently considering our close relationship what should I do

Hire an attorney and challenge the will in the probate court in which it was filed. Your father may not have had capacity to sign the will if he had alzheimers, but you'll have to prove that fact. Good luck.
