Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I need to update my will and add "Transfer upon death" to my property deed and car title. What is the easiest way to do this? Thank you.

I would suggest that you talk to an estate planning attorney. He or she should review your existing will and depending on the changes you want to make draft a new will or a codicil.

A transfer on death affidavit needs to be prepared and filed with the county of recorder to add transfer on death to your real estate. You can add transfer on death to your car title at the bureau of motor vehicles.
