Wills

Is it possible to get a persons will when there is a dispute. If so would you tell me how?

Re: Wills

If the person who created the will has died and the estate needs to be open for administration, a copy of the will is on file at probate court and is available for anyone to read. If the executor seems to be stalling to open administration, you can file a motion to compel production of the will with the court (assuming the executor won't give you a copy when you ask for it).
