Is it legal for a business to ban e-cigs from their building in Oklahoma, where there are currently no bans on electronic cigarettes?

If the device creates smoke, real or not, it can be considered a nuisance and banned from a facility or business and it is up to the business to determine if a nuisance exist. If it does not create smoke then the ban can be challenged.
