Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma

Certified Public Accountant

Hi, I own land with my brother and sister. They refuse to give me any documents that pertain to the land. Their CPA also refuses to give me documents. Since 2/3/1999, I have called, written, and asked in person my brother, my sister, and their CPA for all documentation. They all refuse or say nothing. I had an attorney to write a two page letter explain all the documentation that I was wanting. We never heard anything back. I have copies of all of this. The problem is that I can not afford to hire an attorney. I have spoke to two and each wants at least $2,000 down and then the rest on contingence. Is there another way I can go about getting this information? Also I want to turn the CPA in for not giving me what is legally mine. Who are Accountants accountable to and will they even do anything?

I hope you have some answers:)

Carla

Before I can respond appropriately, I will need to know what sort of documentation you are seeking. Feel free to email me or simply post another question with additional information.

Thank you
