Legal Question in Business Law in Oklahoma
How long does a business have to run a credit card for services rendered? I had my refrigerator serviced in October but the company just ran my credit card at the end of June. I am upset because I thought I paid for this--but nearly 8 months later, don't have the receipt anymore and now I am disputing this. Please help!

This issue of payment can be resolved by the institution that issued the credit card. You can request a history of payments to the company and/or a dispute form to stop or get a refund for any erroneous payments made to the company. The form used for this dispute can be obtained from the bank or issuing institution. I hope this helps.
