criminal felony trafficking in illegal drugs meth schdII
If 2 people were arrested for trafficking in illegal drugs and one of them pleads guilty and is sentenced to serve 10 years doc, can the other person also be charges with trafficking in illegal drugs?

Yes. 1, 2, 3 or a hundred people can be charged with trafficking the same batch of drugs. It does not matter which defendant pleads or goes to trial.
