Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
dissatisfied with lawyer representation
my question pretains to a youthful offender case, we are dissatisfied with the representation we have received from our lawyer. we yould like to know ''can we'' and ''how to'' replace our present lawyer before our 6 month court apointed reveiw date?

It is really simple ... Hire a new lawyer and fire the first. If he was appointed and you want a new appointed one, then forget it. That is unlikely. You can always pay someone new to represent you.
