commom law marriages and heirs

my husband and i have been common law married since l968, we have a 30 yr.old daughter. she doesn't know we are not "legally" married. we both have wills. can she find out our secret and will this effect our wills?

If you were common law married in Okla. 30 years ago then you are "legally married".

I don't see what your Wills have to do with this "secret" unless you disclose the manner of your marriage in your Wills(which of course is not necessary).
