Legal Question in Medical Leave in Oklahoma

I work for Assisted Living Center and the owner owns 5 or 6 long term and assisted living centers and he is a LLC, he employes about 300 employees in all of these, can I get the FMLA leave

Based on your description of the employer, yes you should be able to get FMLA. Ask the employer, in writing; have them respond to you, in writing.
