Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in Oklahoma

car accident on federal property

i hit sign that was on the side of the curb 50 yards or more from where it was suppose to be.it was angled partly into the road and very hard to see. where do I get a tort claim to have the federal hospital to pay for the damage.

It is not clear from your question just what your theory of liability might be.

To answer your specific question about where to get a tort claim form to present to the federal hospital, you can get one online using the following link:

http://www.usdoj.gov/civil/forms.htm

Click on the Standard Form 95 link and if you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, you can fill out the form online and print it out. After you fill out the form (following the instructions on the back of the form), sign it in the box provided and submit it to the hospital.
