fraudulent power of attorney

i was sick wife had me sign a paper which i thought was for hospital but turned out to be power of attorney papers 5 days later my bussiness was signed over to my landlord for money that was borrowed to her without my knowledge then she moved out of state this was done by with the agreement of the landlord whom told me i was suppose to die in 5 days do i have a case to get property or money back this happen in oklahoma i now live in wi

The local prosecutor can make restitution claim as part of the penalty phase, but required to make newly power of attorney mentioning the fradulet part of the previous.

Sounds like you were defrauded adn this is a case for the local prosecutor, who can make a restitution claim as part of the penalty phase, but actual recovery sounds pretty iffy.
