How do you write a 30 day notice??

It is a simple one page letter to the Landord or other party outlining your circumstances and other information to notify them of your intent to break the lease and why; if this is applicable.

And, it would be advisable to make sure you send the letter in a way that you can record the date it was sent for future reference.

The letter should be labeled "30 Day Notice" to Vacate Lease or other action.
